Can I cancel my order?

At this time, we have an incredibly small window to cancel an order once it’s been placed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like us to attempt to cancel your order. Be sure to include your email address and order number in your message.
 
If the brief window has passed and we cannot cancel your order, it will be shipped. Please feel free to initiate a return here once your order arrives. Refunds for returns can be issued to the original form of payment or as a store credit. Please note, all returns are subject to a $9.95 return fee, and items marked as “Last Call” or “Final Sale” are ineligible for return.

Can I change the shipping address on my order?

At this time, we have an incredibly small window to update a shipping address before an order ships. Please contact us as soon as possible to see if it’s possible to update the shipping address on your order. Be sure to include your email address, order number, and the correct shipping address in your message.
 
Once your order has been processed, we highly suggest making changes through the carrier!

How do I modify the items in my order?

At this time, we are not able to make any changes to the items in your order once the order has been placed. If you would like to add, change, or upgrade the items in your order, the best course of action will be to place a new order and return any unwanted items from your original order! All returns are subject to a $9.95 return fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

Can I add a gift note to my order?

Yes, you can add a gift note to your order from your cart page.
 
1. Click the shopping bag icon at the top right of the page to expand your cart.
2. Scroll down to locate the ‘Add a Gift Note’ option below the subtotal.
3. Check the box to enable a text box to add your gift note.

What certifications do your Bath products have?

Towels & Robes
All of our towels and robes are certified STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® (#17.HUS.08214 Hohenstein). OEKO-TEX tests for harmful substances which are prohibited or regulated by law and chemicals which are known to be harmful to health. They also test for color fading and acidity as a precautionary measure to safeguard health at every stage of production.

Organic Ribbed & Plush
Our Organic Ribbed and Plush collections are also GOTS-certified. The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) is the worldwide leading textile processing standard for organic fibers, including ecological and social criteria, backed up by independent third-party certification of the entire textile supply chain.

Why not make all your Bath products organic?

Organic cotton is typically more expensive than conventional cotton, and not all manufacturers are GOTS-certified. While we don’t make all products from organic materials, we ensure all our Bath products are Oeko-Tex certified. This means that every part of the article has been tested for harmful substances and deemed harmless to humans.

Does Brooklinen offer discounts, coupons, or promotions?

We set out with the intention to bring the best quality products to our customers at the lowest possible price. However, we are happy to offer some promotions throughout the year directly on our website! You can be the first to find out about these promotions by signing up for our marketing emails and following us on social media.

Why isn’t my promo code applying to my order?

At this time, we can only accept one promotion per order. This includes promo codes, promotional gift cards, and site-wide promotions. We always suggest using the offer that gives you the best deal!

Please note that there may be pre-set restrictions on any code. If you’re still having trouble applying a promo code or have any other questions, please contact us.


Why are there taxes charged on my order?

Several states have legislation to charge taxes on online orders entering their state. This is determined and applied by each individual state.

You may see the taxes on your online purchases listed as State Tax, County Tax, City/Municipal Tax, or Special Tax. These taxes are specific to your shipping address and are imposed by your state and local governments.

We do understand there is some confusion over these charges, and we want to assure you, we would never impose any unnecessary fees. We strive to provide the best possible experience for our customers; however, we have no control over these taxes.


I recently placed an order, but now there’s an event running! Do you allow price adjustments?

We always want our customers to get the very best deal, so we will gladly match the event offer on an order placed up to 14 days before the active promotion – exclusions may apply, please read the terms and conditions for each promotion. Please note that we cannot stack two promotions on top of each other.

Do you sell Gift Cards? How do I check my Brooklinen Gift Card balance?

You can purchase an E-Gift Card here. You will be prompted to enter the recipient’s name and email address and will also be able to add a gift note and schedule the delivery.

Can I use a Gift Card from Amex or Visa in addition to my credit card?

At this time, our system can only accept one form of payment per purchase. To use both a third-party gift card and a credit card on your order, you can purchase a Brooklinen gift card with the Amex or Visa gift card and then apply the Brooklinen gift card at checkout in the gift card section.

Our Down Pillows and Comforters are certified by the Down Association of Canada (Downmark) and come with a Downmark tag. They are also treated with Ultra-Fresh Antimicrobial Additives to help to keep products fresh, clean, and odor free. Ultra-Fresh is US EPA registered, BPR compliant, and OEKO-TEX certified.

Keep in mind, we have a 365-day return policy if our products do not fit perfectly in your home. However, please note that we are not able to process returns for items listed as Final Sale, including, but not limited to, Last Call items.

Warranty

· Does Brooklinen have a product warranty?

We’re happy to offer our customers a 365-day return policy and warranty coverage on all products and an additional one-year extended warranty for our core products after the initial 365-day term. Our warranty applies to products bought on our website and in our retail stores.

 

Up to 365 days after your purchase, you can return any item for a refund – excluding Last Call items, as they are final sale. Please note that a return fee of $9.95 will be deducted from your refund amount. As an alternative to making a return, you can receive replacements for defective items, including Last Call items, under our warranty.

 

In the second year after purchase, we’re no longer able to accept returns, but any defective items within our list of core products may be replaced! As a friendly reminder, our core products include:

  • Bed (Sheets, Down & Down Alternative products, Mattress Toppers, Pillow Protectors, Quilts, and select Blankets)
  • Bath (Towels, Robes, Bath Mats)

While we’re unable to replace or refund any items after the two-year mark, we do have lots of tips and tricks in our care guide to help extend the life of your items.

 

· What’s the difference between a return and a warranty claim?

A return is when you send back your product for a refund. All returns are subject to a $9.95 return fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

 

A warranty claim is filed for any manufacturing defect on your item. Warranty claims are closely reviewed by our team, and if your item qualifies, you will be offered a replacement.

· How do I file a warranty claim?

To file a warranty claim, head to our Quality Guarantee page here to submit a claim. Once your claim form has been submitted and reviewed, someone from our team will follow up to work toward the best solution for you.

 

Please keep in mind that to assess the claim, we may need a photo of the defective product.

 

· What isn’t covered by the extended warranty policy? Why aren’t these items covered?

At this time, our extended warranty does not apply to our Loungewear, Tufted Bath Rugs, Weighted Blankets, Throw Blankets, Baby Swaddles, Baby Quilts, the Mulberry Silk Collection, Quilts and Shams, and Candles. However, we do accept returns within 365 days for these items.

 

Our extended warranty is exclusively for our core products and items that are typically used by customers every single day. While our extended warranty is currently focused on those specific products, we want to give you the peace of mind that all items are still covered for up to one year from purchase. Should you experience any defects, contact us, and we can help!

 

· Are my previous purchases covered by the previous warranty program?

All orders placed on or before January 21st, 2021, are covered by our previous warranty policy. All orders placed on and after January 22nd, 2021, are subject to our updated warranty policy.

·How do I redeem my Brooklinen Rewards?

When you’re ready to redeem your Brooklinen Rewards points, you can do so at checkout or from your account page. Depending on your point balance, you can access rewards from 400 point rewards, 1,000 point rewards, and up to 2,000 point rewards.

 

Product Rewards & Donations

Once you decide on the reward you wish to redeem, click Redeem under the reward and follow the prompts. Once redeemed, you’ll see product and donation redemptions in your cart.

 

Dollar-off Rewards

Depending on your point balance, a dollar-off reward can be redeemed and easily applied to your order directly at checkout

·How do I refer a friend? What if I’m not seeing my referral points?

If you’d like to refer a friend, log in to your account and navigate to your Brooklinen Rewards page. Once there, scroll down to the “Refer A Friend” section. You will be able to send your friend an email, copy the referral link, or share it via Facebook and X.

Once your friend places an order of $100 or more (pre-tax) with your referral code, you will receive 1,000 points! The points will be added to your account as soon as your friend’s order is fulfilled and shipped out.

If your friend has placed their order, but you’re still not seeing your referral points, please contact us with your friend’s name and email address, and we’ll check on their order and make sure you get your points.

Social butterflies, please note that referral rewards are limited to one per sixty days. 🙂

 

·How do returns work with Brooklinen Rewards?

I used a dollar-off reward and then returned part of my order. Do I get those points back? Dollar-off rewards are split evenly and applied to each item in your order. If you only return part of your order, you will receive a refund for what you paid for the item, but that portion of your dollar-off reward will not go back into your account. Additionally, the points earned on the returned item will be deducted from your balance.

 

I used a dollar-off reward and then returned my entire order. Do I get those points back? If you used a dollar-off reward and return your entire order, your points will be added back to your account when you are refunded. Additionally, the points earned on the returned order will be deducted from your account.

 

I used my points for a gift reward. Can I return or exchange the gift reward if I don’t like it? The gift rewards are final sale and are ineligible for return through our returns platform even if you return your entire order. If you do return your entire order, you should keep the gift reward, as you will not receive the points back with your refund.

 

I used the donation reward on my order. If I return the order, do I reverse the donation? Our donation reward option is non-refundable. If you return an order with this reward applied, the donation will not be reversed and you will not receive the points back.

How do I unsubscribe from emails and text messages?
